Sitting on the porch the other night talking about what we used to do for entertainment on summer nights when we were kids, the spouse said they used to go down to Lum Thomases house on Saturday night in the hills of Tennessee to hear him play the fiddle. With nothing else better to do when I was young, we used to write and produce plays and perform them with all the parents attending and paying admission. It seems a shame that children have to attend a movie, the zoo, or swim in the ocean to feel that they have had an eventful summer! They don't know what good times are. PERSONALS Mr. and Mrs.
